As Business and Market Analyst (m/f) you are responsible for supporting the CRM processes with providing CRM related business and market data, forecasting and strategic planning. In addition you will be the sh@re key user for the BU.
What are my responsibilities?
- Support the MR business by planning, controlling and reporting CRM related business and market data
- Preparation of market forecasts and derivation of market trends
- Market potential analysis / market scenarios
- Specific strategic market analyses/reports
- Systematic acquisition and analysis of market data. Research market developments via regular screening of related publications, customer meetings, RG meetings and congresses.
- Development of structures and processes for implementing market research projects with MR (contact + organizer for all issues relating to market research)
- Maintenance of a business reporting system in cooperation with the process participants (e.g. Nema)
- Process responsibility for the provision of market-relevant figures in consultation with MR management
- Preparation of weekly & monthly (AE) reports on country, cluster & segment levels
- Prepare and support the MBR / MTA process.
- Support the SGI and Planband activities.
- Support quarterly business reviews with the regional sales organizations.
- Addressing all sh@re related issues as well as requirements to the sh@re project team.
- Receive all sh@re related communication (e.g. announcements of new releases) and forward relevant communication to the end users within the BU
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- University degree in Business Administration or comparable
- Previous experience in a business administration and/or planning and reporting role
- Project experience, especially in performing market analysis
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel experience
- Knowledge about the medical market
- Knowledge about MR products and their application are a benefit, but not necessary
- Presentation skills
- English fluent, German an asset
- Ability to analyze - strategic thinking - initiative - team orientation - excellent communication skills - result and quality orientation
